Our sister company www.campusfutures.co.uk has just finished helping Virgin Media with its 2012 graduate recruitment intake.
They ran a fun and memorable campaign across a number of universities where students got to learn about our finance, engineering and technology programmes. Students enjoyed chatting to current grads and showed off their skills playing games like giant play your cards right and reaction tests on iPads.
They put candidates through their paces at a number of assessment centres and thought they would share some common errors people made.
- Not doing enough research into the company
- Making the mistake of thinking leadership meant dominating others
- Not giving enough real life examples in response to interview questions
- Being too nervous – it’s hard but you must relax!
